What you’ll learn
Mental Math
Factorials and permutations computed on sight, combinations, last digits and residues, and the probability of coins and dice without setting anything up.
Skill Builder
Paths on a grid, the Mississippi technique for repeated objects, symmetry and duplication, Venn diagrams, and counting factors of composite powers.
Problem Solving
Casework and block counting, complementary counting for when the opposite is easier, distribution under restriction, and probability tables.
